What is GMA?
Growing Minds Australia (GMA) is Australia's clinical trials network dedicated to child and youth mental health and wellbeing. We are a dynamic and growing network of over 300 mental health experts, consisting of researchers, practitioners, people with lived and living experience, and policy makers.
Why are we important?
Poor mental health and wellbeing for Australian children and young people is a critical challenge, and many children, young people and their caregivers struggle to find the research backed mental health support and care they need to thrive.
What do we do?
We are dedicated to providing infrastructure and core research supports that strengthen child and youth mental health research capacity across Australia so that research is innovative, impactful and collaborative and relevant to practice, ensuring it benefits children, young people and their families.
